Since 1998, when VAH was established, we have tried to practice every single day to provide the best possible care that we can to each and every patient, and to their owner(s) as well. Here at VAH we understand that your pets are family and with that firmly implanted in our minds, we are committed to give them the care you expect for them and the care that they deserve.

Therefore, we have paid special attention to small but very important details, in addition to our medical services, to make their/your care better. These include:

1. A separate consultation room equipped with educational models and materials and monitors for view diagnostic tests in order to quietly discuss your pets health and where we can make sure you understand and answer any questions about their condition.
2. A minimum of 30 minute appointments in order to listen and obtain all the information you need to tell us about your pet’s condition, and to thoroughly examine them and make recommendations and decisions regarding their health care needs.
3. Large and easily maneuverable handicapped-accessible examination rooms for those who are in wheel chairs with their assistance pets or who may have several family members who want to be involved in the health care discussions.
